The Process
Our custom manufacturing process can take 7-21 business days to complete. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1
Complete the "Custom Inquiry Form" and submit any necessary images here
Step 2
Fill out the form provided. A deposit ($2,500min.)*** to secure a starting date. From there we create a graphic/wax replica of your design for approval. All sizing and final pricing arrangements will begin here as they are determined by weight, karat, diamond placement, etc.
Step 3
The entire manufacturing process can take 7-21 business days once step 2 is fully completed. Shipping is worldwide so either an in-store pick up or secured delivery is available upon request.
***If the total price of your order is under $2500 the deposit may be 75%-100%.
All deposits and sales are final. If you decide to not proceed with your order we do not refund any funds provided for your project.
